Living with chronic illness can often bring physical discomfort, emotional stress, and feelings of overwhelm. In this session, mindfulness practitioner AnaLisa Rutstein will introduce the core concepts of mindfulness and how they can be used as gentle, effective tools for managing pain, stress, and uncertainty. Participants will learn simple breathing and awareness techniques to help build inner calm, increase resilience, and reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate way.
