12:00pm   Presentation by Dr. Paul Twydell and Q&A

Paul T. Twydell, DO, is board certified in neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine. His expertise includes electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies, muscle biopsies and botulinum toxin injections for spasticity and certain movement disorders. After earning his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Twydell completed his internship and neurology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He completed his fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at the University of Rochester, School of Medicine & Dentistry Rochester, New York, where he also served as assistant professor of neurology. Dr. Twydell’s clinical interests include inflammatory myopathies, myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), hereditary myopathies and neuropathies, acquired neuropathies, and all forms of myositis.
