Dr. Carrie Richardson, rheumatologist, from Rush University Medical Center, will be our expert guest. She has been a driving force at Rush to assemble a multidisciplinary group to treat myositis diseases similar to the what Rush has done for lupus patients. Dr. Richardson graduated from The Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University and did her rheumatology fellowship at Johns Hopkins.
Directions: The location of this meeting is at the Edward Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, IL (the NEW hospital near Roosevelt and York Roads). All meetings in 2020 will be held in the Conference Center on the lower level in the Maple or Birch rooms. Enter through the East Entrance (next to the Cancer Center on the south side of the hospital) and proceed to the elevators. There is ample parking in front of the entrance (south side of the hospital) and you can drop someone off at the door. Wheel chairs are kept at the entrance.
