Rich DeAugustinis

Rich DeAugustinis is the CEO of DeAugustinis Associates, LLC. He recently retired from The Coca-Cola Company after a 30+ year career and is presently on sabbatical as he explores new opportunities in nonprofit leadership.

Rich is a seasoned executive and leader with broad international management experience.  Rich’s career at Coca-Cola spanned customer leadership, strategy and planning, new business development, marketing and more.  Most notably, he served in a variety of leadership roles on the global team responsible for Coca-Cola’s business with McDonald’s (Coke’s largest and most strategic foodservice customer). Rich’s international experience is built from traveling to and working in over 70 countries around the world.

He also has significant experience in the non-profit sector, having served on the boards of many non-profit organizations. Rich currently serves on the board of the Inspire Aviation Foundation and The Myositis Association. He is a past chair, vice chair and member of the board for Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). He has also served on the boards of the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.

Rich graduated from Georgia Tech in 1992 with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and has completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg Business School.  Rich resides in Chamblee, Georgia with his wife Nina and are blessed with 3 young adult children – Megan, Christian and Aubrey. On a lighter note, Rich is a kid at heart. He is a Disney fanatic, an aspiring Lego master builder and loves to travel.
