
Rich DeAugustinis is the CEO of DeAugustinis Associates LLC. He provides strategy and business consulting to clients across multiple industry sectors including restaurants, beverages, spirits, manufacturing and nonprofit organizations. Rich has 35+ years of business leadership experience in multinational environments, having worked across 70+ countries and six continents. During his career, he has built a reputation for innovative strategic thinking and operational excellence, working with the highest level of integrity and a deep and passionate commitment to customers.
Rich spent 31 years with The Coca-Cola Company. His leadership experience spans general management, customer & business strategy, planning, new business development, marketing, communications, information technology and more. He spent 25 years of his Coca-Cola career with The McDonald’s Division in a variety of leadership capacities, driving growth for two of the world’s largest consumer brands.
Rich also has significant experience in non-profit leadership and governance, having served on the boards of many local and national non-profit organizations. Rich is currently chair of the Board of Directors of The Myositis Association and also serves on the boards of the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech and the C.S. Lewis Institute Atlanta. He is a past chair, vice chair, and member of the board for Ronald McDonald House Atlanta, and has previously served on the boards of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, the Inspire Aviation Foundation, and the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center. Rich graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and has completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg Business School.
Rich resides in Chamblee, Georgia with his wife Nina, and is blessed with 3 young adult children – Megan, Christian, and Aubrey. Learn more about Rich.
