Lance Millington is committed to helping individuals with myositis and their support teams access reliable information, expert care, and a strong community of understanding and support. Diagnosed with polymyositis and interstitial lung disease in 2011, Lance brings a patient-centered perspective shaped by years of lived experience. He is especially passionate about supporting those newly diagnosed, helping them navigate the early questions and challenges he once faced himself. Professionally, Lance has more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology and commercial real estate, along with nonprofit, community, and ecclesiastical service. A collaborative and mission-driven leader, he is focused on advancing TMA’s impact and strengthening the patient community.
