The Georgia Support Group exists to provide a support network to families dealing with myositis. We have members located throughout Metro Atlanta and north Georgia. We all have one of the three types (DM, PM or IBM) of myositis. Our ages and physical conditions vary from 20’s to 70 year olds, and while some of us require assistive devices, others are relatively healthy and able to lead normal lives.
