The TMA Northern California IBM Support Group is a welcoming community for individuals living with Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM) in Northern California. Meeting every month on the third Friday at 5:00 PM PT, this group offers a supportive space to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of living with IBM.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with IBM for some time, this group is here to help reduce feelings of isolation, provide valuable resources, and foster a sense of belonging. Join us to share experiences, learn about available support services, and build connections with others in your community who are navigating the same journey.
