I apologize for the problem of not keeping with the support of our group. I had high hopes the in person meetings would continue but to various problems that hasn’t been the case. The Myositis Association realizes that members often are unable to attend meetings in person due to transportation problems and other reasons. The Association worked this last year to implement a method that ALL members could KEEP IN TOUCH. This can be accomplished using a tool called ZOOM.
Zoom is very easy to use. If you have a computer, notebook of iPad with a camera you can join with full audio and video capability. Just click on the URL in the announcement below. If you have and Android or iPhone you too can just click on the link to connect with audio and video (realizing there are limitations of your screen display).
Don’t dispair if you only have a phone with no camera, you can still participate by calling the number in the announcement. Your input is vital even if we can see you.
Please consider participating in this first Zoom meeting. We will discuss several options such as frequency of meetings, a face to face and how often, etc. Hope to see or hear you on March 30th at 9AM.
